Creating a Help Desk Ticket

In an effort to increase efficiency at AISJ we have outsourced some of our tech support. In order to make this work, when a tech issue arises you will need to ‘log a ticket’ instead of just sending an email to tech.
The process is pretty straight-forward and is explained in the video below.
